Dr. Christopher Randolph started our practice in 1986.
His area of special interest and expertise is Exercise-induced asthma.
Dr. Randolph attends national conferences, conducts lectures on this topic, and has over 20 publications on this subject. In November of 2010, Dr. Randolph was invited to the Tokyo international forum in Japan, to speak on the effects of Exercise Asthma in athletes. This was an honor for Dr. Randolph to be invited.
Dr. Randolph is now chief editor of Practice paramater on Asthma in Sports published by an international team of experts in December 2010.
He served on the Board of Directors for the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, and was Vice Speaker for the House of Delegates of the College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
In 2010, Dr. Randolph became the President of the Connecticut Allergy Society.
Dr. Randolph is a Board Certified Allergist and Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy and Immunology and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Randolph is a Clinical Professor in pediatrics, allergy, and immunology at Yale University.
He is an attending physician at three Connecticut hospitals: Danbury Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital, and Waterbury Hospital.
Dr. Randolph received his medical degree from the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. He completed his internship and residency at the Children's Hospital of Buffalo. Then, he completed his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the State University of New York.
